GLORIOUS DAY

Perfect day for a Bear to de-hibernate for a few minutes. About 3°C, sunshine, snow melting. Yup, good day to be out.

But, by the end of the week, it will be back to -20°C (that's about  -4°F). And I'll be hibernating again. Though the front desk is aware of my "Wake-up Call" for mid-March.

Some days things actually work the way they're supposed to work!

Hi Bear, I've been sending you messages through Miss Sadie, but I'm glad that you are up for a bit to stretch out your bear legs... I have it on good authority that printemps will be here in less than 2 months, bringing warmer weather and the glorious sun!

Sleep well, my friend,
Genie

I don't know if it would be just too, too unkind for me to mention this, what after such a great day that was actually above freezing up your way, but I can't resist. I mowed today. Really. It felt GREAT.

Dear Bear, I'm going into hibernation until Spring, like you. Hope you're doing something fun with Sadie.
Take care and keep warm!

I totally get you on this...-4F and colder has been more of a norm for us here...yesterday it made it into the teens after being bitter all week..might even make it into the 20's today and tomorrow but then it's suppose to get bitter again...which is why I don't leave my house much unless I absolutely have to! Stay warm!

Hi, Bear, good to see you out and about. It is another day closer to April.

Hey, Bear, my friend, I meant to tell you that I really appreciate you converting the temp to F. I know, of course, that 4C is toasty compared to what you're used to, and I can guess about what it is in F, but having you convert it was very touching to me.

P.S. Something else that touched me was having Miss Sadie drop by my blog.

Bear, Ohio and even Texas are more sympathetic with Canadians this week. Enjoy the small change.

p.s. A reminder: there are warmer places out there, as pretty as Canada.
