T IS FOR TRUTH — SIMPLE

Here is a simple truth. In the time I have available for blogging, I can
1. write blog posts, or
2. read the blog posts of other people, and leave comments.

I have decided to do number 2 for a while. Mostly because I prefer to read and comment than create. Maybe I'm a touch lazy, too.

Truth be told, however, there is a darker thought taking shape in my mind. It is about truth. It is not nice. And, frankly, it is scary.

It is also for another day.

Blessings and Bear hugs.

If it helps at all Bear, I spend more time reading then posting. Blogs go with my morning coffee, They took the place of my morning paper.
Again in the evening I read blogs. You know I don't post very much. I don't always have time and when I do, I'm not always in the mood!!
But I always look forward to your posts, always! Love Di ♥

I hear you. Blogging is very time consuming. I find myself getting behind and I am forced to play catch-up which isn't a lot of fun. It's supposed to be fun, not stressful... right? :-)

You've got the right idea.

Yea, Bear is going to do No. 2.

Oh, wait. That's not what you meant is it?

Snort.

Sorry, couldn't resist.

Gee, Rob, nice to know that you wait to post when the mood strikes you. Isn't that the nicest thing about blogging? It's not a job we do at a set time, in a set way. It is a hobby we enjoy now and then, when it feels right.

We have finally figured this out.

Like you and Di, I would rather read blogs than post. Thank you for being here. Have a great week.
Hugs,
Jackie

There's probably not that much dark intent in those thoughts of yours. I wouldn't worry about it anyway. You're a pretty benign bear. xox

Somehow the concept of Rob-Bear and non-truth doesn't mesh. Tell me it ain't so! In the meantime, please enjoy your day!

This post got me confused, so I guess I just have to wait and see what truths the future will bring. Meanwhile, thank you for your kind words about Angel.

Well I love reading your posts and reading your comments. I am itching to hear your views on truth. Is it that sometimes one can't leave as truthful a comment as we would wish?

I do this too. Love writing but equally and shhh just between you and me prefer reading! Just helps when I am connected to the internet though!

To tell the truth, I have been just plain lazy lately...and enjoying it to. I know laziness is a capital sin, but so is sensuousness and I can not believe God will send me to hell for that.
Sorry reverend Bear.

® The Bipolar Diva: You're so sweet. Thanks.

® Diana: Another "reader." Reading is such fun, isn't it!

® DJan: Blogging is sharing newsy notes with friends. Shouldn't be stressful at all.

® ReformingGeek: Don't expect No 2 to come anytime soon.

® rosaria williams: Since we have two eyes and one mouth, we should spend twice as much time reading as speaking.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

® Jackie: And thanks for your blog, too! I love to read about what you've been doing.

® Irene: I may be a relatively benign Bear, but I do have a darker side. That's part of my depressive nature, perhaps.

Mr. Bear,
I love that you stop by my site and leave comments. If fact you are usually the only one that ever leaves a comment! I follow you and hope that one day my son will be as old and wise as you.
You give me hope.
Thank you <3

® Helen: Sadly, Bear and non-truth do mesh — when the ol' journalist starts thinkin and writin about things. Your reporter serves up the unvarnished Bear facts about truth and those who cannot separate truth from dogma.
Yeah; it's pretty scary out there.

® Inger: Sorry to keep you waiting. Work and my state of mind have been getting in the way of important things like blogging.
Angel was such a sweetheart. I could tell even up here.

® About Last Weekend: Actually, I find posters and commenters are quite truthful, Jody. Usually in a kind but straightforward manner. The balance is important.
What worries me is something far more sinister.

® Tattie Weasle: Being connected to ones friends ("real" or "virtual") is comforting and thought-provoking. There is a whole post in that, too. But T comes before V, so that's a post which will had to wait a bit longer.
I do so hope Tattie Whippet and you are both doing better. One can always hope, though that can be a problem in itself.

® potsoc: If you're going to engage in one of the seven deadly sins, sloth is probably the least problematic.
But there is a profound difference between laziness and a well-deserved rest. I would go so far as to suggest that restfulness, not true laziness, is what characterizes your life.
Rev. Bear knows about these things.

® Chatty Crone: Not to worry, Sandie. I remember meeting a Mountain Goat who was so far behind that he thought he was in the lead. I have those days, too.

® amanda: You are an intrigued and intriguing person, what with all your well-documented goddess posts. Bear plans to tell all within a week's time. Unless he gets further behind (which is always possible).

® Sandie: So glad you came by and shared some kindly thoughts. I think often of Kenny.
Blessings and Bear hugs, for him and you.

Truth is.....what? You will tell us when you are ready.

As you know I am also involved in reading blogs. It was my intention to do so on Wednesday, then on Thursday. I began, alas, early Friday morning. It is now time for sleep and I hope nothing interrupts my continued reading tomorrow!

DJan is right...this is supposed to be fun and not stressful. So no pressure---just friendship!

I find that too... feeling quite guilty I haven't been commenting or reading other blogs (mind you haven't been blogging myself much either). Busy time. Hope all is well with you Bear. Much love.

The best thing about blogging is being able to read other people's posts.

Stay well.
