VITALITY (A - Z CHALLENGE)

Well, things have certainly changed.

My second doc (yes, I've got two of them now) is trying to help me handle on all this pain with different medications. And you know I've got a lot of it. Pain, that is.

Well, she has helped me reach a significant improvement! Can it be that the Bear is actually pain-free?

OK, not quite, but getting there. Bear is beginning to recover his long-lost vitality! There is some new energy here! Bear may actually start being human again. (Only that would mess up his identity; need to rethink that language.)

Uh, well, hmmmmmm. Lets not get over-excited. But! We'll take a few simple steps first. We'll keep watching the progress. We'll keep celebrating small improvements. And then, one day. . . .

------------

Also brought to you by the letter V:
• vigilant
• vexatious
• vanquish
• very
• volume

And from the New Phonetic Alphabet, V for la France.

I'm glad to hear that your doctor is helping you. Chronic pain is just that, a bit pain in the ass.
Here's to your renewed vitality!!!

Glad to hear that you take pain to eliminate your pain.
As for changing your Bear identity, I feel you should bear with it. Bears can be very cuddly and lovable. After all my wife calls me "Nounours".

® Wendy: Onwards and upwards, indeed. Thanks.

® rosaria: Celebrating daily up here. Thanks.

® Dedene: Thanks. I'll drink to that!

® Linda: Thanks. I certainly hope things keep getting better, or at least stay the same for a little while.

® Potsoc: Merci. Nounours — c'est un nom brillant, pour un monsieur câlin. Jour heureux du Canada.
Et si tu est "nournours" tu est un autre ours avec un blog. Nous sommmes deux!

Nous osmmes deux ours blogueur, that is bearable.

® potsoc: Vraiment, Paul. Exactement. Bien sûr. Merci.
It is Bearable.
Quand on ecrit au sujet de Ours, utilisez toujours la majuscule, «O» ou «B». Nous sommes animaux formidable, nous Ours; notre mot a besoin d'un début formidable.
Je pense que oui.

Don't forget va-va-voom. Glad to hear you're feeling better.

Rob-bear said...

® afcg: Yes, thanks.

® Frances. Thanks. Love all those v-words.
One of my favourites is "vissicitudes." (sp?)
The only one at which I look askance is "voodoo." Can't Bear that.
Perhaps we could create our own dictionary.

® Genie: Sun, warm weather, wet weather, and new medicines. Good combination. They should see me through the summer. Summer in Paris would be nice, too, but isn't included in this year's budget. And I'm not even in Greece.

® Tess: Yes, va-va-voom — absolutely. Thanks

I'm getting so much support for this news that I'll have no choice but to stay healthy.

See the positive influence you all have on me? Yes!

Oh no no, "Let's not get over excited!" ? If the meds mix is working and you are feeling better why not go for it and revel in feeling good?
After suffering for many years with migraines I actually DO UNDERSTAND that sense of "let's wait and see" regarding cures. But please do enjoy the new pain-free moments and maybe they will stretch into more than moments hopefully.
I hope it sticks.

How did i miss this post?
Victorious! begone pain. :)

® Lins': Thanks for sharing in the excitement.

® Brenda Susan: Thanks, also. "Slow and steady wins the race." ~ Aesop. I actually was able to get into the swimming pool, here, and swim a few easy widths. For me, swimming and walking are the two best forms of exercise. Now I feel comfortable doing both!

® Natalaie: You didn't miss it; the fact that you have commented proves you haven't. Thanks for being here. Careful with your foot.
