AMAZING CHRISTMAS ART

I've been too sick this year to do any Christmas partying with our family. But I have received some really amazing presents.

None better than these from our son and grandkids.

This is from Tim, who bikes everywhere, all seasons, and serves on our City's "Bicycle Advisory Committee" (and who would like like to see his dad biking a bit more).

Big Brown Bear Rides a Trike, December 2010, Acrylic on MDF, 50x40cm

Finnegan, aged 6, did this (he knows I like giraffes).

Finnegan Brown, Giraffe on the Plains, December 2010, Acrylic on MDF, 32x40cm

Keira, aged 4, developed this; can you see the Firebird Dancing?

Keira Brown, The firebird, December 2010, Acrylic and metallic glitter on MDF, 32x40cm

These are all hanging prominently in our living room.

Prominently displayed in your livingroom and rightly so. Our children and grandchidren have a wonderful talent when allowed to express it.

Thanks your all for your kind thoughts and comments, friends.

I'm slowly getting better, but am still tending to "lie low."

And I'm sill delighting in the "art-full" gifts from my family.

Now I am truly amazed. I love their artwork. That is quite amazing at such a young age. Happy New Year Rob-bear. Please get some strength back. We need you. Sonia.

Rob.... Bears simply aren't allowed to get sick. You MUST get well! I do hope that you are up and out of your den soon....rambling to and fro.
I want to commend you on the artistic talents of your son and grandkids. They are wonderfully done....and to be on display in your living room is the highest compliment you could give them. You are a loving Dad and grandad.
Take care of you, please....
Hugs and smiles from Jackie
